TERMS OF USE
The rules of the shop — yours and ours
Agreeing to these terms
By browsing SNEAKERS STORE, creating an account or placing an order you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the shop.
These terms describe how this store actually operates. They are a starting point, not legal advice — have counsel review them against the law that applies to your business before you rely on them.
Your account
You need an account to order, to track a delivery and to start a return.
- Give accurate details and keep them current — a wrong address is the single most common reason a parcel goes astray.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- One person, one account. Accounts are not transferable.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in, and change your password from Account.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, for abuse of our staff, or in breach of these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why.
Products, prices and orders
Everything we list is an invitation to order, not a binding offer — the contract forms when we confirm.
What we show
We photograph and describe every pair as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and a stated size is the manufacturer's, so fit can differ between brands.
Availability
Stock moves quickly. If an item sells out between your order and our confirmation, we will tell you and refund that line in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the region you are browsing and include tax where it applies. Delivery is added at checkout and is free on Standard Shipping once your items reach $100. If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal in the wrong place — we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.
When the order is binding
Placing an order authorises the payment. The contract of sale is formed when we send the order confirmation. Until then either side can walk away.
Payment
Card payments run through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We take payment when the order is placed. If a payment is reversed or charged back without cause, we may hold the order and ask you to settle it before we ship.
Delivery and returns
The detail lives on its own page; what follows is the part that binds.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — a carrier delay is not a breach of these terms.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
- Returns follow our returns policy: unworn pairs, original box, everything that came in it.
- Statutory rights — including any cooling-off period where you live — sit on top of our policy and are not reduced by it.
The shipping & payment and returns pages form part of these terms.
Using the site properly
Ordinary shopping is always fine. This is about the rest.
- Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-download the catalogue, or try to break into any part of the site.
- Do not resell through the shop, place bulk orders for resale, or use automation to beat other customers to a release.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or impersonate someone else.
- Do not interfere with the site's operation or with anyone else's use of it.
Content and trade marks
The text, photography, layout and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright.
You may browse, and print or save pages for your own use. You may not republish, sell or redistribute them. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the goods we sell — nothing on this page grants you a licence to use them.
Liability
We do not limit anything the law does not let us limit — death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud, are outside this clause entirely.
Beyond that, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where circumstances outside our reasonable control stop us performing, we are not in breach for as long as they last.
The rest
The clauses that keep the document working.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top moves when we do. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it.
If a clause fails
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place our business is established, and disputes go to the courts there — without taking away any protection the law of your own country of residence gives you.
Privacy
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
