Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached
• Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions
• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned

How to Return

1. Log in to your account and go to Order History
2. Select the order and items you wish to return
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label
4. Pack the items securely and attach the label
5. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Simply return the original item and place a new order for the one you'd like. This ensures the fastest processing time.
