How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to track your package on the carrier's website, or check your order status in your account under Order History.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve international customers in the near future.
How do I return an item?
Visit our Returns page for detailed instructions. In short: log in to your account, select the order and items, print the return label, and drop off your package. Returns page
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available for next-business-day arrival on orders placed before 2:00 PM EST.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact our support team for assistance.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products sold on Sneakers Store are 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and brand partners.
